Solo: A Star Wars Story co-writer Jon Kasdan posted an image on his social media revealing that that production on the upcoming Willow sequel series for Disney+ is now underway.

The pilot episode has now been written and work is underway on writing the rest of the series, so it’s still in the early stages of development, so it will take awhile before it’s ready for Disney+.

While most people think Lucasfilm only makes Star Wars content, they’ve been responsible for many different movies including Indiana Jones, Willow, Labyrinth, The Land Before Time and many more. Though they don’t own the rights to all of the franchises of movies they’ve made.

Lucasfilm has been working on many different projects, including a Indiana Jones sequel and Children of Blood and Bone.

The original Willow movie is available on Disney+ now.
