Disney has announced the second batch of new episodes of “The Wonderful World of Mickey Mouse” will premiere on Disney+ on Friday 30th July.
“The Wonderful World of Mickey Mouse” spotlights the endearing, adventurous and comedic antics of Mickey Mouse and his best pals –Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy and Pluto –as they embark on their greatest adventures yet, navigating the curveballs of a wild and zany world where the magic of Disney makes the impossible possible.
The series comes from the team behind Disney Channel’s Emmy Award–winning “Mickey Mouse” cartoon shorts. Emmy Award–winning artist and director Paul Rudish serves as executive producer and supervising director and Emmy Award–nominated composer, Christopher Willis, provides the music for the series.
Each seven–minute short is filled with laugh–out–loud comedy, modern settings, timeless stories, new music and the unmistakable classic award–winning art style of the “Mickey Mouse” shorts.
It’s not been confirmed how many episodes there will be in the second batch, or how Disney will release them, either individually, in pairs or in one go.
The first 10 “The Wonderful World of Mickey Mouse” shorts are already available on Disney+.
