Earlier this month, Disney announced that Wednesday’s are the new Friday’s and moved Marvel’s “Loki” to Wednesday’s. This was shortly followed by an announcement that “Monsters Inc” would also be moving to Wednesday’s.

Today, Disney announced its lineup for July for the United States and revealed a number of new Disney+ Originals will also now release on Wednesday’s including:

  • Behind The Attraction
  • Chip ‘n’ Dale Park Life
  • Turner & Hooch
  • The Wonderful World Of Mickey Mouse – Batch 2

Disney will still be releasing some Disney+ Originals on Friday’s including:

  • The Mysterious Benedict Society
  • High School Musical: The Musical: The Series
  • Star Wars: The Bad Batch
  • Stuntman
  • Playing With Sharks

With multiple shows being released weekly, it now seems Disney+ is in a position to spread out its original content to more than once a week. And it seems like the Disney+ Original series are all being shifted to Wednesdays, keeping Original films still being released on Fridays.

What do you think of the change?
