Tesla has announced details of its latest update (version 2021.24), which include some new features including some Disney+ functionality.

You can now watch Disney+ in the Tesla Theater app.

To launch Tesla Theater, tap the Entertainment icon in the application Launcher and select the Theater tab while your car is in PARK.

The addition of Disney+ to Tesla will not doubt be a big help for families, with the ability to watch Disney+ movies and shows like “Loki” or “The Mandalorian”, directly through the app, while parked.

It’s taken a while for Disney+ to be officially added to the app, it was originally confirmed by Elon Musk over 18 months ago.

Other functions included in the update include a Car Wash Mode, a Mirror Auto Dim and some Dashcam improvements.

Will you be using Disney+ in your Tesla?

What a shame the Disney+ option isn’t available for Tesla drivers in the UK. Have updated to 2021.24.5 today and was really hoping to be able to use Disney+ in Theatre mode. It’s not available in the UK! Please can you fix this between you?
