The upcoming 101 Dalmatians prequel, Cruella has added Kirby Howell-Baptiste to the cast, according to the Variety.  She has previously starred in Killing Eve, Veronica Mars and A Dog’s Purpose.

It’s currently unknown what role she will be playing, since the story is brand new and sees a young Cruella in London during the 1970’s.  Cruella will be played by Emma Stone and will also star Emma Thompson as the Baroness, along with Emily Beecham.  The film will also feature Paul Hauser and Joel Fry as Cruella’s henchmen Jasper and Horace.

The movie is being produced by Glenn Close, who previously played Cruella in the live action movies.  It will be directed by Craig Gillespie, who previously directed I, Tonya, and will be hitting cinemas on May 28th, 2021, which should be available on Disney+ by late 2021 or early 2022.
