One of the most anticipated Star Wars series that has been announced for Disney+ is “Ahsoka”, which will star Rosario Dawson in the lead role.

Ahsoka Tano is one of the main characters from the animated series “The Clone Wars” and “Rebels”.  She made the jump to live-action in the second season of the Disney+ series “The Mandalorian”.

According to THR, Hayden Christensen is going to be appearing in the series, reprising the role of Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader, which he played in “Attack Of The Clones” and “Revenge Of The Sith”

It has been previously announced that Hayden Christensen is returning to our screens in the upcoming “Obi-Wan Kenobi” series, which is coming to Disney+ in 2022.

No plot details have been announced, but we know it’s going to be written by Dave Filoni, who is also executive producing the Disney+ series with Jon Favreau.  The new series is set during the same time period as “The Mandalorian”, so it’s unclear how the series will include Hayden, but it could be a flashback, a force ghost or something else.

Production on “Ahsoka” is due to begin in early 2022.  No Disney+ release dates has been announced.
