During Marvel Studios Panel at the San Diego Comic Con, Kevin Feige announced the second film in the “Doctor Strange” franchise, “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness”.

At the panel was the director, Scott Derrickson, and star Benedict Cumberbatc.  Then in a surprise twist, Kevin Feige brought out Elizabeth Olsen, who also stars in “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness,” and they talked about how “WandaVision”—the Disney+ series that Olsen will star in as Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch, which connects directly to the feature-film storyline.

“Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” hits theaters on May 7th, 2021, which means it should be available on Disney+ in late 2021 or early 2022.
