Disney+ launched this week and was able to sign up 10 million accounts, but the launch has been littered with users getting errors while watching or simply being unable to log in. Customers are struggling to get through to Disney+ customer support, with some users reporting they’ve spent 5 hours on hold, only to be cut off.  Did the addition of Verizon users cause the issue?  Has Disney+ learned from its mistakes from DisneyLife?

In this video, I share my thoughts on the current launch state:

Are you struggling to get into Disney+?

Did you watch the video? I spent 8 minutes talking about it

It's great that they reached 10 million subscribers, but this is going to be the fourth full day of not being able to log in and customer service can't help me. I read a user's comment saying that the customer service people told them their account should be unblocked within 48 hours or something like that, but I don't know if that's true. Hope it starts working soon!

Definitely a lot of errors with Disney+ already I do not like that you watch a video and it suggests another one after and you have to back out of it to get back to the home page and yes it would way nicer if they had a section for already watched / suggested from previous viewed section the movies on my pc have loading issues as well coming in and out freezing etc. I have chosen to pay for it and it defiantly needs some attention
