Ever since Chris Evans stepped away from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, fans have been wondering if he might return for a cameo as “old man” Steve Rogers in “The Falcon And The Winter Soldier”.
Wyatt Russell, who plays Captain America John F Walker, recently took part in a recent interview with the BBC, to promote Marvel’s “The Falcon And The Winter Soldier”.
And during this interview, Wyatt was asked if he’s ever met Chris Evans, to which he replied:
“Have I ever met Chris Evans? I think I have. I don’t think I’ve ‘shook his hand’ met him, but I think I’ve walked by him somewhere and made eye contact. That counts as being a stalker, that doesn’t count as meeting anybody. But, I guess it would. You just gotta wait until the end of the series and then everybody will be like, ‘Oh, wow.’”
His answer has confused many fans, especially with the last line about keeping an eye out until the end of the series. Could Steve Rogers make a cameo in the series?
It’s possible, however, there have been so many rumours flying around the internet this year with the Marvel Disney+ series, that have led to many disappointed fans. It should be made clear, nothing has been confirmed and Wyatt Russell’s comments are being taken out of context.
Do you think Chris Evans will appear in “The Falcon And the Winter Soldier”?
