After the events of ”Avengers: Endgame”, Captain America had finally settled down with Peggy Carter and lived to be a happy old man, passing the shield to Falcon, to set up the new Disney+ series ”The Falcon and the Winter Soldier”.

This was supposed to be Chris Evans final appearance as Captain America, but according to DeadlineDeadline, he is talks with Marvel to return.

It’s unknown in what capacity Chris Evans will return in some form, in one more movie, with the door open for more appearances. Similar to how Robert Downey Jr appeared in movies after “Iron Man 3”, such as “Spider-Man: Homecoming” and “Captain America: Civil War”.

Chris Evans has been very open publicly about hanging up the shield after Avengers: Endgame. But recently things have changed and the two have come to an agreement.

It’s not known how he might return, either in a film or a Disney+ series. Be it a cameo or a larger role.

What do you think of Captain America returning?
