Disney+ is getting a new wave of films this October including two major new titles plus an all-new Disney+ Original Movie for the holidays. There is also plenty of new library content being added, including many holiday films and some more mature films that will keep everyone happy when the winter kicks in.

Here’s a look at all the movies coming to Disney+ in the United Kingdom and Ireland in November:


Shang-Chi And The Legend Of The Ten Rings

Martial-arts master Shang-Chi confronts the past he thought he left behind when he’s drawn into the web of the mysterious Ten Rings organization.


“Shang-Chi And The Legend Of The Ten Rings” is coming to Disney+ on Disney+ Day (November 12th)

 


Home Sweet Home Alone

Max Mercer is a mischievous and resourceful young boy who has been left behind while his family is in Japan for the holidays. So when a married couple attempting to retrieve a priceless heirloom set their sights on the Mercer family’s home, it is up to Max to protect it from the trespassers…and he will do whatever it takes to keep them out. Hilarious hijinks of epic proportions ensue, but despite the absolute chaos, Max comes to realize that there really is no place like home sweet home.

Jungle Cruise

This film is a rollicking thrill-ride down the Amazon with wisecracking skipper Frank Wolff and intrepid researcher Dr. Lily Houghton. Lily travels from London, England to the Amazon jungle and enlists Frank’s questionable services to guide her downriver on La Quila—his ramshackle-but-charming boat. Lily is determined to uncover an ancient tree with unparalleled healing abilities—possessing the power to change the future of medicine. Thrust on this epic quest together, the unlikely duo encounters innumerable dangers and supernatural forces, all lurking in the deceptive beauty of the lush rainforest. But as the secrets of the lost tree unfold, the stakes reach even higher for Lily and Frank and their fate—and mankind’s—hangs in the balance.

“Jungle Cruise” will be available to all Disney+ subscribers on 12th November.



Becoming Cousteau

Its focus will be on the inventor-explorer-environmentalist-filmmaker revolution, i.e., giving mankind the resources to explore the ocean with the Aqua Lung, calling attention to ocean pollution, and his longtime collaboration.

This new National Geographic documentary is coming to Disney+ on Wednesday 24th November 2021.


Face/Off (1997)

Sean Archer, an FBI Agent, undergoes plastic surgery in order to impersonate and get hold of his son’s killer and his arch-enemy, Castor Troy. Trouble brews when Castor begins impersonating Sean.

This classic action film is heading to Disney+ on Friday 5th November 2021.



Terminator: Dark Fate (2019)

When an advanced Terminator is sent into the past, a cyborg and a seasoned female warrior team up to stop the death of a young woman who is fated to ensure the survival of the human race.

The latest Terminator film is coming to Disney+ on Friday 19th November


Black Swan (2010)

Nina, a ballerina, gets the chance to play the White Swan, Princess Odette. But she finds herself slipping into madness when Thomas, the artistic director, decides that Lily might fit the role better.

This great Natalie Portman film is heading to Disney+ on Friday 26th November 2021.



The Insider (1999)

Jeffery Wigand, the former head of Brown & Williamson Tobacco Company, goes live on television to expose the bitter truth of how tobacco companies function.

“The Insider” is coming to Disney+ on Friday 5th November 2021.


Flightplan (2005)

Aviation engineer Kyle is flying back to New York with Julia, her six-year-old daughter, and the coffin of her husband. During the flight, Kyle wakes up from a nap and discovers that Julia is missing.

This Jodie Foster classic is coming to Disney+ on Friday 19th November



Home Alone 4 (2002)

Kevin McCallister sets out on a new adventure to save a royal heir from the clutches of three kidnappers, one of whom he already knows.

 


Home Alone: The Holiday Heist (2012)

Finn and his sister, Alexis, are paranoid after a friend tells them that their house is haunted. They get a bigger shock when a group of thieves come to steal a painting, while their parents are away.

Both of these legacy “Home Alone” films are coming to Disney+ on Friday 5th November 2021.


The Rock (1996)

A dishonest Brigadier General Frank Hummel threatens the government to launch rockets on the city of San Francisco. However, a mild-mannered chemist and an ex-convict team up to stop the general.

Possibly one of my favourite action films is heading to Disney+ on Friday 26th November 2021.



The Day After Tomorrow (2004)

When a sudden worldwide storm begins to plunge the entire planet into a new ice age, paleoclimatologist Jack Hall undertakes a dangerous trek to New York City to save his son from the disaster.

This disaster flick is coming to Disney+ on Friday 26th November 2021.


Big Trouble in Little China (1986)

Jack Burton, a truck driver, gets dragged into the mysterious underworld beneath Chinatown where he faces an ancient sorcerer named Lo Pan.

This 1980s classic is coming to Disney+ on Friday 26th November 2021.


Volcano (1997)

After a minor earthquake in LA, a newly formed volcano erupts from under the city. Initially reluctant and disbelieving, the city officials rush to the rescue along with a plucky seismologist.


“Volcano” is exploding onto Disney+ on Friday 26th November 2021.


Robots (2005)

Rodney, a genius inventor, wants to meet his inspiration, Bigweld, who is a master inventor. In order to do so, he travels to the city and finds himself dealing with a corporate honcho.

This Blue Sky Studios film is coming to Disney+ on Friday 5th November 2021.


Kingdom of Heaven (2005)

In the twelfth century, blacksmith Balian travels to Jerusalem, a city seething with religious wars. He transforms into a defending warrior who saves the city and its people.

“Kingdom Of Heaven” is coming to Disney+ on Friday 19th November



A Muppets Christmas: Letters To Santa

Celebrate the season with all your favorite Muppets in this heartwarming and hilarious holiday movie. Whoopi Goldberg, Uma Thurman, Nathan Lane and other sensational guest stars join our fuzzy friends on a wild and wacky Christmas adventure full of side-splitting laughs and memorable music. When Gonzo forgets to mail three letters to Santa, he convinces Kermit and the gang to help him deliver the notes to the North Pole. Along the way, they discover that Christmas is the time to be with those you care about most, as they dash home to make a friend’s Christmas wish come true. Letters To Santa is hours of holiday fun for the entire family!
