At last years Disney Investor Day event, FX Chairman John Landgra announced a new American Horror Story spin-off show called “American Horror Stories” was in development and would be released on Hulu in the United States and it would be released on Disney+ internationally as a Star Original in multiple international markets.
“American Horror Stories” is a weekly anthology series that will feature a different horror story in each episode. American Horror Stories is a new anthology series from Emmy and Golden Globe award-winning producer Ryan Murph.
Recently, it was announced that the first episode of the series will be released on Hulu in the United States on Thursday 15th July. With new episodes released weekly.
This has led to many questions about the shows release on Disney+ around the world and unfortunately, it looks like we have an update for Australia as the show has been listed as coming to Foxtel and its streaming service, Binge, on Friday 16th July.
Recently, Disney confirmed that with the closure of the Fox Channel in the United Kingdom, over 30 new FX series would be coming to Disney+.
Due to pre-existing streaming contracts, Foxtel & Binge in Australia, still has a large number of shows from FX and the latest FX series.
All nine seasons of “American Horror Story” are currently available on Foxtel and Stan.
