The creators of the Disney+ Original series, “Doogie Kameāloha, M.D”, Alison Bennett and Melvin Mar, are working on a brand new youth-skewing workplace comedy called “XYZ”.

According to Deadline, this half-hour, single-camera comedy is about a Gen Z, a millennial, and a Gen X woman who work together in the marketing department of a huge corporation, and wind up deeply influencing each other’s work and personal lives.

Alison Bennett has recently worked on the Disney+ Original “Doogie Kameāloha, M.D”, FX’s “You’re The Worst” and ABC’s “Single Parents”

Melvin Mar has an overall deal with Disney’s 20th Television and has also previously worked on “Doogie Kameāloha, M.D”, along with “Fresh Off The Boat” and “Bless This Mess”. He is also currently working on the new Disney+ Original series, “American Born Chinese”.

No other details on “XYZ” have been announced, such as if it will be a Disney+ Original or if it will be released on ABC/Hulu in the US and internationally on Disney+. Or when the series will be released and who will star in it.
